How to Make Catfish Spring Rolls
One of my favorite summer meals is spring rolls! I love all the fresh veggies in this dish which makes it light and refreshing. This catfish recipe is flavorful, healthy, and so satisfying!

How to Cook It:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Puree all ingredients under “Puree Stuffing” in food processor
Stuff catfish, sprinkle either side with white pepper, black pepper, and salt, spread sauce on either side of catfish and top with fresh white onions and green onions
Bake in oven for 30 min and baste with sauces in pan midway through
Broil fish for 3 minutes to create a char on the skin
Mix the two dipping sauces to taste
Roll them spring rolls (see video) and dip that sauce!
