Inspired by Breakfasts Bowls
Before I decided to start my own blog, I followed (and still follow) many bloggers and truly felt inspired by their creativity. I didn’t know many of the authors, but I somehow felt proud of them for being fearless and expressing themselves through their blogs. An obvious category that I spent (and still spend) a lot of time exploring is food related, which is how I was introduced to the beauty of breakfast bowls. I’d be so in awe at some of the recipes and photos people would post. It may be a new concept to some of you, but worry not, below are some of my favorites! Not only are the colors vibrant, but the designs are so creative. Who would’ve thought that a healthy breakfast could look so exciting? The following are some blogs and Instagram accounts I follow. I highly suggest you do the same!
Honestly, as I’m writing this, it’s obvious there’s work to do on my end regarding upping my breakfast bowl game. But we’ve all got to start somewhere right? I’ve created a cocoa steel cut oats bowl with pineapple, blueberries, raspberries, and dragonfruit to match my Paper Crown dress. I’ve sprinkled the circumference of the bowl with Nana Joe’s homemade granola. In this bowl I used their Trifecta Blend with coconut, cranberry, and cocoa. They use gluten free oats and sweetened their products with only natural maple syrup. You can really see and taste how natural, healthy, and fresh it is.
The dress has a subtle gold shimmer and is perfect for a holiday party or high tea. It's sophisticated and classy. As an A-line dress, it's fitted at the top with a flared flowy bottom which gives the outfit movement and dimension.
As always, please feel free to contact me or email me with some of your favorite breakfast bowls, any breakfast bowl inspired outfits, or other holiday party dress ideas you may have. I hope everyone is gearing up for the holidays. I'll be headed back up to San Francisco to spend Christmas with my family and I can't wait!
